Liability Waiver and Limited Warranty
Acceptance, signature, and submittal of this agreement is a condition of purchase of a Build A Bar Construction Kit. A signed copy of this agreement must be returned to Build A Bar prior to delivery or pick up of the Bar Construction Kit.
Build A Bar, its suppliers, and its employees shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the delivery of the Bar Construction Kit.
It is understood a flat, level surface is necessary for the Bar Construction Kit to be assembled properly. Build A Bar is not liable for any problems or damage during or after assembly which are a result of assembling or placing the Bar Construction Kit on the ground or any other surface which is not flat and level.
Build A Bar is not liable for injuries resulting from the handling, assembly or use of the Bar Construction Kit. Build A Bar is not liable for damage to tools or injuries resulting from the use of tools during the assembly of the Bar Construction Kit.
It is understood that the Build A Bar Construction Kit is a free standing structure. Build A Bar is not liable for damage resulting from movement of the Construction Kit at any point before, during, or after assembly.
Build A Bar is not liable for any damage resulting from high winds, storms, or natural disasters, be it to the Bar Construction Kit components, or to surrounding structures. Build A Bar is also not liable for any injuries resulting from said high winds, storms, or natural disasters.
Warranty covers material defects and is limited to 90 days from delivery or pick up. Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect assembly of materials.
Return Policy
Orders can be canceled within 3 business days of placement, without a cancellation fee.
After 3 business days, a minimum 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
Once Bar Construction Kit has shipped, delivery and pallet sales are non-refundable.

To qualify for any refund, all Construction Kit materials must be returned to Build A Bar in original condition, at customer’s expense.
A 40% restock fee will apply to the purchase of the Bar Construction Kit.
Qualifying refunds will be remitted within 5 business days.
